We recognise that some guests may want a more casual evening during their stay and would prefer the option of a bed and breakfast only tariff.

Should you wish to dine at the lodge during your stay, our 5-course dinner ($105pp including pre-dinner drinks) can be booked at breakfast time. We recommend that at least dinner for your arrival night is booked in advance so you can relax into your stay with us.

B&B rates are as follows:
Summer: Lodge room $790 per night, Premier room $1075
Winter: Lodge room $545 per night, Premier room $745

A new adventure - learn to sketch

It would be hard to think of a town with more inspiration to get the creative spirit free. Art Adventures is a locally based art tour guide, who offer the oportunity for budding artists to learn to sketch or paint the stunning Queenstown suroundings.
On our Half and Full Day sketching excursions you are taken to scenic locations in luxury transport to learn to sketch.

This is far more rewarding than taking a photograph. No art experience is necessary. If you wish, add in some artist’s studio or gallery visits as well!

To promote this new adventure we are offering a half day private sketching tour for 2 people with a 3 night booking.

Lodge-Air-Rail-Trail Cycling Package

Queenstown has a huge range of options for cyclists from heli biking to downhill mountain thrills, but the appeal of the Otago Rail Trail is its combination of adventure and fun, a bit of local history, and spectacular scenery not seen from the highways, including the Poolburn Gorge, across viaducts and through tunnels and it doesn't have to be a 12 hour day.

The trip takes 4-5 hours and it's a great option for familes.

Our package includes a scenic return flight, landing on a grass farm strip near to the Rail Trail, and a gourmet picnic.
