Cancellation Policy
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Accommodation book on a nightly rate is prepaid and payment is processed by New Zealand Reservations Ltd against credit card provided within 24 hours of booking.  Package rates require payment to the Amora Hotel upon departure.  Credit Card used to prepay must be provided at check-in for authentication. A credit card is required for ALL reservations at the Amora Hotel Auckland and must be produced at check-in to the Hotel. We always advise comprehensive insurance to cover accommodation expenses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellations & No Shows: Confirmed bookings which are not cancelled within 24 hours of arrival or do not arrive will incur a fee of one night's accommodation.
