Hapuku Lodge & Tree Houses

Hapuku Lodge was built to give guests a great night's sleep in one the most beautiful places in the world. The Lodge is situated in one of the most spectacular settings in New Zealand, nestled between the Kaikoura Seaward Mountain Range and famed Mangamaunu Bay on a deer farm and olive grove. Designed as a contemporary country inn, the lodge features a selection of accommodation; Lodge rooms, Tree Houses and an Apartment. Hapuku Lodge positions guests to take full advantage of the Kaikoura experience.

During Winter, The Lodge will not be accepting reservations for Monday and Tuesday nights from 14/15 May until 27/28 August 2012.

Business Facilities
The Olive House, a 100 m walk from the Lodge, houses on the ground floor the farm's olive mill and on the first floor a very large, fully furnished, luxury apartment with 360 degree views, which doubles as a first class conference facility. The Olive House Conference Centre is the perfect venue for executive retreats and conferences for up to 60 people.

Children & Extra Guests
The Lodge Suites are not suitable for the accommodation of children under the age of twelve (12) years. The Olive House and the Tree Houses can accommodate children of all ages. There is a no child policy in the lodge however the Olive House or Tree Houses are ideal for the family getaway.
*Extra Person Rate:An additional $115.00 incl. gst per night per extra person, $NZ 50 incl. gst per night per child in a cot.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 30 days incurs a 35% forfeit of the total booking price. Cancellation within 10 days incurs a 50% forfeit of the total booking price and cancellation within 3 days incurrs a 100% forfeit of the total booking price. All rates quoted are inclusive of GST (15%).
