Sefton Lounge:
Ideal for smaller conferences and meetings (20-30people. Available all year.
Panorama Room:
Suitable for conferences - up to 100 people.
Ideal for a Wedding Reception with spectacular views of Mount Cook.
Available in winter.
Wakefield Room:
For larger conferences up to 200 people, the Wakefield Room is situated in a separate wing of the Hermitage with 57 Twin rooms attached.
Available in summer (winter on application).
For the duration of your Conference or Event ? The Hermitage can provide:Morning Teas, Working Lunches, Afternoon Teas, all delivered to your conference location.
Full Range of Conference Equipment:
Sound System, Portable Stage and Dance Floor.
For Wedding Receptions ? we can write a menu to fit your requirements and budget ? from buffet to Set Menu.
We can arrange all your requirements from Bands to Hairdressers, Make up to Wedding Cakes.

Children & Extra Guests
*Extra person - Hotel extra person charge NZ$25.00 per night, Chalet and Motel Family Unit NZ$36.00 per night.
Children up to and including 14 years old sharing a room with an adult and not requiring a rollaway bed, will be accommodated free of charge. In any circumstances where a rollaway bed is required the extra person charge will apply.
Cots are available free of charge. Meals for children up to 3 years old will be provided free of charge.

Reservations may be cancelled up until seven (7) days prior to arrival without incurring a charge. cancellation fees will apply within seven (7) days of arrival.
