Concorde Room is subdividable into two rooms and has vehicle access. Rooms suitable for a broad spectrum of functions including conferences, seminars, banquets, exhibitions, trade displays, product launches, social events and weddings. Non-smoking and day rooms available.

Special Events:
Rugby World Cup: Rates on apply basis only and subject to availability. Minimum 2 night stay applies on the following dates: 16-18, 23-25, 30 September 2011 & 1-2 October 2011. Minimum 3 night stay applies 7-10 & 13-25 October 2011.
Special Event Payment Policy: Prepayment in full by 01 June 2011, Bookings after this date must pay in full at time of booking.
Special Event Cancellation Policy: No cancellations or refunds after 01 June 2011. All Special Event bookings are subject to availability.

Subject to availability. A small charge applies.

Cancellation Policy
Any room cancelled within 15-30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation free of 50% of the room rate for the first night only. Cancellation within 0-14 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the rate per cancelled room for the first night only.
