Kincaid Lodge, 6 kilometres north of Kaikoura on the main road, provides luxury boutique accommodation in the relaxed private ambience of the country, yet affords easy access to all the award winning attractions & restaurants in Kaikoura, South Island, New Zealand. Backed by snow capped mountains, looking out to the Pacific Ocean, the historic Kincaid Lodge has stood for 100 years. Once the largest run (ranch) in the Kaikoura district, Kincaid luxury lodge is now a small sheep & cattle farm.
Location
Kaikoura is also accessible by small plane & rail service. Pickup & drop off can be arranged on request. Helipad on site.
6 kilometres north of the Kaikoura township on State Highway 1, you will see the Kincaid Lodge sign & driveway, on the mountain side of the road.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation Kincaid Lodge reserves the right to charge: 25% of tariff if cancelled within 40 days. 50% of tariff if cancelled within 20 days. 100% of tariff if cancelled within 10 days or no shows.
