Cancellation Policy
Reservations are accepted in good faith. As is standard policy in NZ for small luxury accommodation properties, a deposit of 25% of the total tariff for your stay is required to confirm a reservation, subject to the cancellation policy. Cancellations received within within 60 Days of arrival incur a 50% penalty; within 45 Days of arrival incur a 75% penalty; within 30 Days of arrival incur a 100% penalty. Therefore we always advise comprehensive insurance to cover accommodation expenses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
