*Children aged 2 years and under are free of charge
*Children above the age of 2 are charged the full rate
*Children aged 10 years and over are welcome
*Children under the age of 10 by prior arrangement only
*The four guestrooms, located at the Southern end of the lodge are ideally suited to singles/couples seeking a tranquil and revitalizing hosted experience. For that reason, the guestrooms are generally not available for children under the age of 10.
*Black Peak Suite, however, is suitable for a family. It is located at the northern end of the lodge, affording privacy from other guests. It can accommodate two adults and two children and provides easy access to the enclosed swimming pool and spa pool area.
Minimum Stay (nights) 1 except for:
*minimum two night stay for Black Peak Suite
*minimum two night stay for Accommodation - exclusive Use (up to 12 persons)
*minimum two night stay for bookings including 31 December
*minimum four night stay during Warbirds Over Wanaka International Airshow (Easter 2012 and thereafter every 2nd year)
*minimum five night stay for Winter Specials (July - Oct 05)
*Lime Tree Lodge will close annually on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day & Boxing Day
*Cancellation Policy: In the event that we are unable to replace a cancelled booking the following applies:
*25% of the total cost will be charged if the booking is cancelled within 30 days of arrival
*100% charge applies if cancellation is received within 7 days of arrival.

Cancellation Policy
A deposit of one third of the total cost of accommodation is required to secure the booking.

Deposit refundable if cancellation made thirty days or more prior to commencement of stay.

Deposit non refundable if cancellation made within 30 days prior to commencement of stay.

In the case of a room being re-booked, the deposit will be refunded less the cancellation fee.
