Cancellation Policy
*Cancellation Policy: Reservations are accepted in good faith. As is standard policy in NZ for small luxury accommodation properties, a deposit of 25% of the total tariff for your stay is required to confirm a reservation, subject to the cancellation policy. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival may incur a 25% penalty; cancellations received within 7 days of arrival or "no-shows" may incur a 100% penalty. Therefore we always advise comprehensive insurance to cover accommodation expenses in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Cancellations must be received in writing.
