Master's Lodge
The Master's Lodge is a small luxury lodge positioned in a quiet cul-de-sac on Bluff Hill in the city of Napier with spectacular views over the blue Pacific Ocean. This historically distinctive residence was originally built for tobacco Baron Gerhard Husheer, Director of the National Tobacco Company. Check out the new cooking and tramping options.
Location
The Master's Lodge is a five hour drive from Wellington, six hours from Auckland, and 2.5 hours from Taupo. The Hawkes Bay Airport in Napier is 10 minutes away from the Lodge. Limousine or taxi service can be arranged for your arrival at the airport.

Getting There
Driving into Napier, follow the signs to the Visitor Information Centre on Marine Parade. From the Visitor Centre follow Marine Parade 700m North (the Pacific Ocean is on your right). Turn left at the Centennial Gardens onto Coote Road following the road until making a right turn onto Thompson Road. At the top of the hill, turn right onto Lighthouse Road. Elizabeth Road is the second turn on your right. Parking is just beyond the Entrance signpost.

Off street car-parking with lock-up garage.
Cancellation Policy
Due to our intimate size, canellations affect us significently. If we are unable to replace a cancelled reservation, the following charges will apply: 25% of the total cost if cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival, 100% if the cancellation is received within 14 days of arrival.
