Milford Sound Scenic or Nature Cruise ex Milford Sound

Scenic Cruise: Full length cruise of Milford Sound to the Tasman Sea. The luxury vessels stop at various points and offer excellent viewing of waterfalls, rainforest, mountains and wildlife. Foreign language guides offer comprehensive commentaries and interpretation handouts are available in eight languages. Delicious lunch options are available (must be pre-ordered - please enquire at time of booking for options and prices) and complimentary tea and coffee is available on all vessels. Suitable for all ages. The vessels used are the Milford Sovereign, Milford Monarch and Milford Haven.
Nature Cruise: An extended and leisurely 2 1/2 hour cruise of Milford Sound on board the Milford Mariner or Milford Wanderer. These modern vessels, purpose built for operating in a fiord environment, have been designed along the lines of a traditional trading scow. An on board nature guide provides detailed interpretation in English only, via roving microphone. There is plenty of time available to explore points of interest and to view the stunning scenery, including waterfalls, rainforest and the towering peaks. Keep a lookout for wildlife. Delicious lunch options (must be pre-ordered - please enquire at time of booking for options and prices) and complimentary tea and coffee are available during the cruise. Suitable for all ages. A Milford Sound Underwater Observatory option is available on the return leg of the Nature Cruise only (not available on the Scenic Cruise). Please enquire at time of booking for times and prices.
