Our experienced conference, incentive and function personnel will ensure that your event at Millbrook is a resounding success.
Equipment includes: OHP, TV, Video, flipcharts, extension leads, projectors and whiteboards (included in room hire). Photocopier, video conferencing, telephones and microphones (available on request).

Minimum Stay Apply
All cottages have a year round minimum 3 night stay
Fairway Homes - 3 night minimum stay October to April, 5 night minimum stay May to September

Rollaway charge - NZ$46.00
Maximum one rollaway allowed per room. No rollaway's allowed in Village Inn rooms. Rollaway's are permitted
for children 12 years and under only.

Special Events
30 December - 02 January inclusive, a 2 night minimum stay applies to all room types.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations are accepted in good faith. Cancellations must be received at least 7 days in advance of arrival or else a penalty of the first night's accommodation charge may apply.
