Children & Extra Guests
The Lodge welcomes children aged 10 years & over. If extra bedding is required (Room and 2 Room Suite only) the extra person rate $NZ 62 per night will apply.

During the dates 24-27 December and 30 December - 2 January a minimum stay of 2 nights applies. During the dates 5-9 April 2012 a minimum stay of 3 nights applies.

Getting There
Wanaka is a 1 hour drive from Queenstown, 2-4 hours from the West Coast/Glaicers, 3-4 hours from Dunedin and 6 hours from Christchurch.

Cancellation Policy
Because of the Lodge's intimate size, cancellations affect them significantly. When confirmed reservations are cancelled within the following time periods, cancellation charges will apply:
* 30-8 days prior to arrival - 30% of tariff
* 7-0 days prior to arrival or no shows - 100% of tariff.
*Every attempt will be made to resell the room and if successful, a full refund of cancellation fees will be made. We recommend clients take out travel insurance to cover for unforeseen cancellations.
