Child Policy
Mollies accepts children (under 12 years) on request and only under the following circumstances;
· Children are supervised by nanny in a separate suite
· If a single child, then they may share a suite with parents and an extra person charge applies
· If a cot is required then an extra charge applies
· A nanny can be arranged and the costs are: $35.00 per hour. Guest will be required to settle this upon check-out.
Children over the age of 12 years are not encouraged to share suites with parents. Mollies has 3 Premier Villa Suites and Premium Villa Suite that can accommodate a 3rd person in a separate bed and room at extra cost. These suites are available on request.

Cancellation Policy: 
As Mollies is a small exclusive hotel and late cancellations have a significant impact. If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of the visit, a 25 percent charge; within 14 days, a 50 percent charge of the entire stay booked is payable. Within seven days, or for no-shows, the entire stay booked will be charged. Travel insurance which protects against unexpected changes to clients travel agenda is recommended.  All cancellations must be advised in writing.
