Cancellation Policy
Individual Apartment Booking - Cancellations made more than 3 days (72 hours) prior to check-in of 2pm NZ time = no charge.
Multiple Apartment Booking - Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to check-in of 2pm NZ time = no charge.
For cancellations of apartment bookings made less than 72 hours or 7 days as above:
Bookings under 4 nights - first night charged for each apartment booked.
Bookings over 4 nights - first two nights charged for each apartment booked.
