Cancellation Policy
Reservations are accepted in good faith. Group booking cancellations must be received at least 30 days in advance of arrival, 15-29 days prior to sceduled date of arrival - 50% fee of rooms/suites, and all cancellations/reductions within 14 days of scheduled date of arrival will be subject to full accommodation charge for all room nights confirmed by the Hotel. Free Independent Travellers (FIT) within 24 hours prior to scheduled date of arrival - All rooms/suites reductions/cancellations are subject to one night's accommodation charge per number of room/suites cancelled. All cancellations must be received in writing.
