Children aged between 3-12 years of age sharing with two other adults in the same room will be charged an additional $61.00 incl. gst per night.
Additional adult $75.00 incl.gst per night. 
Children under three are free of charge. Cots are available and should be requested at time of booking.
A maximum of one rollaway bed or one cot will be permitted in a room.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations are accepted in good faith. As is standard policy in NZ for small luxury accommodation properties, a deposit of 25% of the total tariff for your stay is required to confirm a reservation, subject to the cancellation policy. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival may incur a 25% penalty; cancellations received within 7 days of arrival or "no-shows" may incur a 100% penalty. Therefore we always advise comprehensive insurance to cover accommodation expenses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
