Location
Via Christchurch - Hororata
Drive West on the Main West Coast Road (SH 73) through Yaldhurst. After passing through West Melton (a further 10 minutes from Yaldhurst) you will travel for approximately another 12 minutes and reach Aylesbury corner on your left, a large sign directs you to Hororata, Rakaia Gorge and Mount Hutt, turn left, go over the railway line and from here follow the yellow finger pointer signs to Lake Coleridge and Terrace Downs.
Via Christchurch - Darfield
Drive West on the Main West Coast Road (SH 73) through Yaldhurst. Stay on SH73, passing through West Melton and Kirwee you will come to Darfield (approximately 25 minutes). A sign at the end of the township directs you to turn left to Methven and Mount Hutt on SH 72. Take this road, passing through Coalgate and Glentunnel. After 37km SH72 turns sharp left (at the Windwhistle Garage). Take the road straight ahead (be very careful of the turn) with the garage on the left, this will join you up with Coleridge Road - continue for 6kms until you reach Terrace Downs.
(We are just past the Zig Zag Road intersection on the left, follow the yellow finger pointer signs. Look for the rock-walled entranceway on your left).

Terrace Downs was voted the top golf resort in New Zealand in the 2010 World Travel Awards. Offering guests an 18-hole championship golf course, this challenging par 72 course offers a choice of four tees on each hole and incorporates 11 lakes and 70 bunkers. The spectacular views pose a constant challenge for players to keep their eye on the ball! In-house guest green fees also include complimentary use of trundler and golf shoes.

Cancellation Policy: Should you wish to cancel a reservation, we ask that you advise us immediately. Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of scheduled arrival will incur a charge equivalent to the first night's accommodation.
