The Peppertree of Blenheim, New Zealand, takes its name from the grove of Pepper Trees (Schinus molle) which line the drive leading to the gracious Edwardian Villa. Built in 1901 from native timbers, The Peppertree Luxury Bed & Breakfast is located in 10 acres of lush farmland and surrounded by an extensive country garden, a boutique vineyard and olive grove. Cancellation Policy
Reservations are accepted in good faith. As is standard policy in NZ
for small luxury accommodation properties, a deposit of 30% of the total tariff for your stay is required to confirm a reservation, subject to the cancellation policy. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival may incur a 30% penalty; cancellations received within 7 days of arrival or "no-shows" may incur a 100% penalty. Therefore we always advise comprehensive insurance to cover accommodation expenses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
