Cancellation Policy
Due to The Point Villas intimate size CANCELLATIONS affect them greatly. In the event that The Point Villas are unable to replace a cancelled booking, the following charges will apply:

If CANCELLED within 30 days of arrival, 100 per cent of the total cost of the booking will be charged.

We strongly advise guests take out travel insurance to protect themselves against unexpected changes to their travel plans. All bookings and cancellations must be received in writing and will be confirmed as such.
