The Terraces Hotel

The Terraces Hotel is a historic landmark that first opened its doors in 1889. The recently refurbished two-story hotel combines colonial country charm with contemporary comfort. The intimate setting of 18 guest rooms and two suites ensure privacy and complete peace of mind. Most rooms offer views of the thermal valley, or Lake Taupo with the snow-capped volcanic peaks of Tongariro National Park in the distance.

Children & Extra Guests
Extra person charge $NZ 38 incl GST. Children 12 years old and under sharing a room with an adult and not requiring a rollaway bed, will be accommodated free of charge. In any circumstances where a rollaway bed is required the extra person charge will apply. Cots are available free of charge

Turn onto the Napier Taupo Highway (SH5) and carry on for approximately 1 kilometer. You will find The Terraces Hotel on the left of the Napier Taupo Highway.
