The rates provided for you on this website are available ONLY through New
Zealand Reservations Office.All rates quoted are in New Zealand Dollars ($NZD) and
include Goods & Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise specified.
Tax Invoice
If you require a Tax Invoice the email
confirmation which New Zealand Reservations sends you is considered a New Zealand
GST Tax invoice.
Credit Card Payments
a. You must submit a valid credit card when completing the credit card
form. You must take all care to ensure that the information
provided on the credit card form is correct. New Zealand Reservations Office takes
no responsibility for any incorrect information submitted. If you wish to alter credit card details after
it has been charged, it will be treated as an amendment, and a corresponding amendment
fee will apply - see Point 5
b. Your credit
card will be charged ONLY after the booking is confirmed. Once the
credit card is processed, we will email your confirmation to you.
Cancellations
a. If you wish to cancel your booking after your email confirmation
has been forwarded from New Zealand Reservations, a cancellation fee of NZ$45.00 (inc.
gst) per reservation will apply. New Zealand Reservations is not liable for any losses incurred
due to currency exchange rate changes.
b. If you cancel your booking LESS THAN 2 (TWO) DAYS prior to
check-in, a cancellation fee equal to 1 (ONE) NIGHT'S accommodation cost will
be charged, with the exception of Luxury Lodges or other accommodation providers who have
different cancellation policies. Please
ensure you READ and UNDERSTAND your email confirmation
for all cancellation terms specific to your booking.
c. For Activity or Transport reservations full cancellation fee will apply. Please
ensure you READ and UNDERSTAND your email confirmation for all cancellation
terms specific to your booking.
d. All CANCELLATIONS must be made IN WRITING using
one of the following methods:
When you contact us, we require the following information:
· Full Name used in your booking
· Email Address used in your booking
· Your New Zealand Reservations Booking Reference
Number
e. A cancellation advice must be confirmed back to you by
one of our consultants. If you have not received a confirmation of the cancellation within
24 hours after
you submit your request, it means we have not received it and you must resubmit your
cancellation request.
Please Note: Travel Insurance: It is recommended that all travellers obtain travel
insurance against cancellation or amendment fees.
Late Arrivals: Failure to arrive at your accommodation provider
by 6pm will be treated as non arrival and will incur a cancellation fee as above,
unless contact is made with New Zealand Reservations or the provider directly.
Amending Bookings
a. If you wish to amend your
booking, an amendment
fee of NZ$25.00 (inc. gst) per booking will apply (this is subject to New Zealand
Reservation’s
discretion).
Please note: The fee will be per each booking amended, not the number of nights
changed. For example, if you are travelling to Queenstown and Christchurch, made a booking for
2 accommodation providers and are making amendments to both of these bookings, you
will incur a fee of NZ$25.00 x 2 = NZ$50.00
b. Any amendment advised to us within 5 days of your arrival date or once you
have arrived at your accommodation, may be treated as a late amendment. Late amendments
may be subject to a fee based on the accommodation providers amendment policy, as advised to New
Zealand Reservations Office. If a late amendment fee is applied, New Zealand Reservations
amendment fee will not be charged.
c. Should you ask to change a booking from one accommodation provider to another
accommodation provider, you will NOT be charged an Amendment Fee. This will be considered
as a cancellation of an existing booking, and the applicable cancellation fee will apply - see
Point 4a.
d. In order for us to ensure accuracy, we will only accept amendments IN
WRITING.
We will not accept amendments over the phone, unless the matter is urgent. Amendments
can be submitted to us using one of the following methods:

Please note: If you require us to correspond with an email address that is not
the one used in the original booking or the one via which the amendment was sent, please
include the new details with the amendments required.
e. An amendment request must be confirmed back to you
by one of our consultants. If you have not received a confirmation of the cancellation within
24 hours after
you submit your request, it means we have not received it and you must resubmit your
amendment request.
Client Contact Details
You must submit a valid email address on the Reservation
Booking Form. This email address will be used for all future correspondence relating
to your booking. You must take all care to ensure that the information
provided in the Reservation Booking Form is correct. It is your responsibility
to advise New
Zealand Reservations Office if an error in the email address was submitted on the
Reservation Booking Form or any other correspondence. New Zealand Reservations takes
no responsibility for any incorrect information submitted.
