With the most comprehensive conference facilities in Southland, the Heartland Hotel Croydon has four newly developed conference rooms and a smaller boardroom available. Innovative design includes removable walls that allow all four conference rooms to merge into one large venue capable of accommodating more than 400 people.
Children & Extra Guests
*A child is 12 years or younger. *A maximum of 2 children sharing an existing bedding configuration in a room with 2 adults stay free. *'Extra Person' charge applies for additional children sharing with 2 adults and requiring additional beds of $NZ 36 GST inclusive per person. *Cots are complimentary. *A child receives 50% of meals when dining with parents.

Cancellation Policy
A guaranteed reservation that is neither cancelled within 24 hours of arrival date, or taken up by the client by 6pm on date of arrival, will incur one night accommodation being charged. Any further nights included in the reservation will be automatically cancelled unless otherwise advised.
