Located on level 14, the Hotel's Conference Centre is the premier meeting venue in the city and the largest in-hotel Conference Centre in the South Island, able to fully service the needs of a hard working group of 10 or an attentive crowd of 1200.

*Children under 13 years of age, sharing with an adult and utilising existing bedding are free of charge. *Extra person rate $NZ 43.00 incl. gst per night. *All rates quoted in New Zealand dollars ($NZ) per room, per night and include 12.5% GST (government services tax) and based on single/double/twin occupancy.

Cancellation Policy
Any room cancelled within 15-30 (inclusive) days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the room rate for the first night only, cancellation 0-14 days (inclusive) prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the room rate per cancelled room for the first night only.
