Reservations are accepted in good faith. Cancellations must be received at least 7 days in advance of arrival or a penalty of the first night's accommodation charge may apply.
Again the largest rooms in Rotorua. Deluxe rooms feature either 1 King bed or 2 Double beds. Both setups will still comfortably allow additional rollaway bedding if required. Most Deluxe rooms offer views over the Arawa racecourse towards either Lake Rotorua or the City. This room type also features its own two person corner spa bath, a private balcony and lounge chair with foot stool. Rate is based on 1-2 persons.

The largest accommodation offering featuring a separate lounge and bedroom - with a King size bed. The Lounge has ample space for an additional rollaway bed and has a dining table setup and gives you racecourse and city views. All King Spa Suites have their own private two person corner spa bath and most have a large private balcony. The bedroom also offers a large flat screen television seperate to the lounge room LCD television. Rates are based on 1-2 persons.
The Standard Rooms are the largest hotel rooms in Rotorua. Most Standard Rooms have two queen beds as normal bedding. These rooms also have the space for an additional rollaway bed if required. Standard Rooms all face the southern edge of Rotorua and have a well equiped ensuite bathroom. Rates based on 1-2 persons.
