The Springs B&B was purpose built in 1998 with the design of the 1930's bungalow therefore complimenting the buildings around it. The Springs is located in a quiet residential area in central Rotorua, close to all the wonders and surprises of Rotorua. This new purpose built Bed and Breakfast offers luxurious and elegant accommodation with exceptional hospitality. All rooms are individually decorated, have king beds, ensuites, walk in wardrobe, television, private terrace and all facilities required by discerning travellers. Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation that is received within 21 days of stay, 75% cancellations fee is applicable for every room night booked. If the cancellation is received within 7 days of stay, 100% cancellation fee is applicable for every room night booked. Fees may be waived if rooms are able to be re-booked.
Each Guest Room enjoys identical size and facilities with ensuite bathrooms and a door to a private terrace giving access to the tranquil rose garden. The king rooms come equipped with ceiling fans, central heating, clock radio, television, hairdryer, robes, walk-in closet with luggage storage. Tariff includes: accommodation, full or continental breakfast, refreshments on arrival and free wireless internet access. Rate is based on 1-2 persons. Three Rugby World Cup matches are scheduled for Rotorua on 10, 14 & 25 September 2011. For stays including these dates a minimum stay of 3 nights is required. Note: "The Springs" is in the same street as The Rotorua International Stadium with a 20 minute walk to the Stadium.
